🔁 7-Day Free Return Policy
At Rug Holics, we prioritize customer satisfaction and understand the importance of finding the perfect rug for your space and style. That’s why we offer a 7-Days Free Return Policy. From the date of delivery, you have a full 7 days to decide if the rug meets your expectations.
We want you to shop with complete confidence. If the rug isn’t the right fit for your home, you can return it easily. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided within 48 hours of your return request for a hassle-free experience.
✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the rug must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
📝 Initiating a Return
To start a return, log in through the account section on rugholics.com. Enter your registered email address to receive a One-Time Password (OTP), access your order, and initiate the return.
Alternatively, you may email us at returns@rugholics.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and share the prepaid return label.
📦 Damaged Items & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly — in most cases, without requiring the damaged item to be returned.
💰 Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Bank Processing: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your original payment method.
